Agreement to these Terms

Welcome to Legacy Life Global ("Legacy Life Global," "LLG," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, online learning portals, digital courses, coaching services, mentorship programs, live events, educational resources, and certificate programs.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, purchasing a course, attending an event, or participating in any Legacy Life Global service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

About Legacy Life Global

Legacy Life Global exists to equip, encourage, and empower spiritual leaders, chaplains, ministers, caregivers, and purpose-driven individuals through education, coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and community.

Legacy Life Global offers educational opportunities through various initiatives, including Life Training Academy ("LTA"), which serves as the educational and certification division of Legacy Life Global.

Life Training Academy

Life Training Academy provides educational programs designed to strengthen practical ministry, spiritual care, leadership development, chaplaincy, and related disciplines.

Programs may include:

• Online self-paced courses

• Live virtual instruction

• In-person training

• Coaching sessions

• Group mentoring

• Leadership development

• Educational workbooks

• Assessments

• Community engagement

• Certificate programs

Course offerings may be updated periodically to improve educational quality and student outcomes.

Legacy Life Global reserves the right to revise curriculum, lesson sequencing, instructors, educational resources, technology platforms, assignments, and instructional methods without prior notice.

Educational Purpose

Legacy Life Global and Life Training Academy provide educational, coaching, mentoring, and ministry training services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our programs are not intended to:

• provide state licensure;

• replace professional counseling, medical, or legal services;

• guarantee employment;

• confer government certification;

• establish ecclesiastical endorsement by another organization.

Certificates issued by Life Training Academy recognize successful completion of an educational program according to the standards established by Legacy Life Global.

Student Enrollment

Enrollment is considered complete once:

• tuition or applicable fees have been received;

• registration has been accepted; and

• access has been granted to the student portal or educational materials.

Students are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate contact information;

• completing required coursework;

• monitoring announcements;

• reviewing course materials;

• maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

Student portal access is licensed solely to the enrolled student and may not be shared.

Digital Learning Platform

Legacy Life Global currently delivers many educational programs through third-party learning management systems, including Kajabi.

Students are responsible for:

• maintaining internet access;

• securing compatible devices;

• protecting their login credentials;

• completing assignments before applicable deadlines.

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, software updates, internet outages, or third-party platform issues may occur.

Legacy Life Global will make reasonable efforts to restore access when interruptions occur.

Coaching and Mentorship

Coaching and mentorship services are educational and developmental in nature.

These services are designed to encourage personal, professional, leadership, and ministry growth.

Coaching is not therapy, psychological counseling, financial advising, legal advice, or medical treatment.

Students remain solely responsible for decisions they make based upon coaching discussions.

Live Events

Legacy Life Global may host:

• conferences;

• workshops;

• retreats;

• virtual trainings;

• webinars;

• networking events;

• graduation ceremonies;

• community gatherings.

Schedules, speakers, venues, and event formats may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Legacy Life Global reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel events when necessary.

Certificate Programs

Life Training Academy offers certificate-based educational programs.

Certificates are awarded after the participant has successfully completed the applicable program requirements established by Legacy Life Global.

Program completion requirements may include:

• lesson completion;

• quizzes;

• written assignments;

• participation;

• final examinations;

• practical exercises;

• instructor review.

Legacy Life Global reserves the sole authority to determine whether program requirements have been satisfactorily completed.

Tuition and Refund Policy

Tuition payments provide access to educational content, student resources, coaching opportunities, community engagement, and digital learning materials.

Because many programs include immediate access to proprietary educational materials, refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

When evaluating a refund request, Legacy Life Global may consider:

• coursework completed;

• digital materials accessed;

• coaching sessions attended;

• live events attended;

• community participation;

• educational resources received;

• overall use of program services.

Approved refunds may be granted in full, in part, or denied based upon the specific circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days after written approval.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible or another mutually agreed-upon payment method.

Travel and Live Event Deposits

Deposits and registration fees for travel-based events, conferences, retreats, and in-person experiences are generally non-refundable because expenses are incurred in advance.

Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

Legacy Life Global may, at its sole discretion, issue credits toward future programs or events.

Intellectual Property

All educational content remains the exclusive property of Legacy Life Global.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• videos;

• presentations;

• PowerPoint slides;

• course manuals;

• workbooks;

• quizzes;

• assessments;

• downloadable resources;

• coaching materials;

• lesson plans;

• graphics;

• branding;

• logos;

• curriculum;

• teaching frameworks.

Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational development.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, sold, recorded, copied, republished, or incorporated into another educational program without prior written permission.

Student Conduct

Legacy Life Global seeks to foster a respectful learning environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the mission and values of our educational community.

Termination for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Changes to these Terms

Legacy Life Global reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The most current version will be posted on our website and supersedes all prior versions.

Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
